How to Watch the Check-In Video & Find the Daily Posts

Each day of the Program, there is a Check-In video and a set of posts to review. These guide you through the Program step by step, giving you the information you need to focus on that day.

In this post we'll show you how to watch the Check-In video and find the Daily Posts.

1. Tap "View Posts" in the card at the top of the Journal screen

2. Watch the Check-In Video

This should start playing automatically when you tap on “View Posts” for the first time. If it doesn't, simply tap the video to have it play.

Daily Check-In videos are also posted in the Facebook Support Group each day. Simply tap the "Watch on Facebook" link to view the video there, browse the comments, or ask a question.

3. Watch Gina's Live segments for the day

Gina goes live in the Facebook Support Group each day. In the Livy Method App, we provide an easy way to find the video, whether you watch it live or the recorded version later in the day.

3. Review and complete each Daily Post

Each day of the Program comes with a set of posts to review. We list them out for you and make them easy to access and complete.

4. Ask questions / review comments in the Facebook Support Group

At the bottom of each Daily Post, there is a button to "View on Facebook". You don't need to use this, since all the information is available in the Livy Method App! Although, if you'd like to ask a question or read the comments of other group members, this button leads directly to the post in the Facebook Group.

Note: Post Scheduling

If you open the App early in the morning, you'll notice that the Check-In video is not yet posted and all the day's posts are locked and scheduled for release later in the day. Everything is released at the same time as it is in the Facebook Support Group.
