How to use LivyAI

In this article we will show you how to use the LivyAI feature that will allow you to receive immediate responses to your program related questions without waiting for a team member to reply

Note: You must currently be in a weight loss program to have access to the Livy AI feature

1. Click the "Ask" button

2. Type a question in the text box

You can type any program related question in the text box that you would like to receive an answer to

3. Click the send icon

4. To favourite a question/response, click on the heart icon

This will save your question/response in your favourites section so you can come back and review that same question/response without having to type it in again

5. Click on "Favourites" to review all of your saved questions

You will be able to see all of your favourited questions on one page
