Livy With Friends is a free, fun way to do the Winter Program together. Invite your friends to join you on your journey. During the 91-day live session, you and your squad will stay connected in a private chat, take part in challenges and activities, and enjoy exclusive perks and discounts available only to squad members!

Already registered for Jan. 5th? Amazing! You can form a squad and invite friends anytime.
✨ New Members
Brand new to The Livy Method? Welcome! First-time members will receive $5 off when they join through a squad – and the squad leader will receive Livy Rewards for the referral.

How does it work?

Register as a Squad Leader
Opt in to Livy with Friends and receive your personal invite link plus a ready-to-send message for your friends.

Invite Your Friends
Once you register as a squad leader, you’ll receive an email to share with as many friends as you like. New members save $5 when they join the Winter Program. Existing members can simply join your squad.

Friends Confirm
Invited friends click your link, enter their info and receive a confirmation email that they’ve joined your squad. They'll get another email from us to join the Winter Program, if necessary.

You Earn Rewards
You’ll earn 500 Livy Rewards Points for each new member sign-up.

Create a Private Chat Group
Choose WhatsApp, FB Messenger or SMS (text), and create a private group for you and your squad members.
