How to Search the Program Guides
All Program information is contained within the Guides section of the Livy Method App. In this post we'll show you how to find, navigate and search the Guides.
1. Tap on the "Guides" tab
The content in the Program is primarily organized into Weekly Guides, with the option to also browse the content organized by topics (example: "Food Plan").
2. Tap into your Weekly Guide each week
Each week of the Program, the Weekly Guide for that week will be shown at the top of the Guides screen under the "Current Guide" section. It can also be found in the full list of Weekly Guides below.
Once you tap into the Weekly Guide, you'll see:
- The Weekly Guidelines Video
- A link to the full Weekly Guidelines Post
- The Daily Posts for each day of the week
3. Tap the Weekly Guidelines video to watch
When you tap the video, it should start playing!
4. Tap the Weekly Guidelines button to view the full post
5. Browse the Daily Posts and tap each to view
The posts for each day of the Program will also appear at the top of the Journal screen. Please see our post on How to Watch the Check-In Video & Find the Daily Posts.
6. Search the content in the Livy Method App
Everything in the Livy Method library is searchable using the Search bar at the top of the Guides screen. Have a question? Start typing it in the Search bar and our large database of FAQs will have you covered.
7. Browse Topic Guides
The Program information is rolled out week by week, giving you what you need to know, when you need to know it. But if you're interested in a particular topic, try browsing the topic guides. You'll find the following options:
