How to create an account on the new Livy Method app

In this article we will show you how to create a new account on the new Livy Method App. Please note this process is for users who DO NOT currently have an account already.

1. Once you have installed the new Livy App ensure that you are on the “Sign Up” tab at the top of the page.

2. Enter your “Email Address” and “Password”. Note, in order to link your purchased Program with the app, you will need to use the email that you purchased the Program with. This will be the email that the purchase confirmation email was sent to.

3. Tap to acknowledge the “Terms and Conditions” and “Privacy Policy”.

4. Tap on “Sign Up”.

5. Fill out your information.

6. Choose a plan. Note, if you have already purchased an upcoming Program or have a Livy Method Subscription, no further action is required. You can find your list of purchased Programs by going to the Profile tab and clicking on "Subscribed Programs"
