         1 cup cottage cheese or Greek yogurt       5 strawberries       1/2 kiwi       1 slice of canned pineapple       toasted coconut slices       1 tbsp hemp hearts

   DIRECTIONS
 
 -          In a food processor, combine cottage cheese or Greek yoghurt with half of the strawberries. Process until smooth.
 
-          Add the whipped mixture to a bowl and layer the pineapple, strawberries, kiwi, coconut, and hemp hearts on top. For meal prep, pack the toppings separately. Enjoy!
 
 
    NOTES:
 
 
   Hemp seeds! These little guys pack a huge plant-based protein punch. They are a great source of magnesium, which helps regulate your heartbeat. They also contain all nine essential amino acids, and they are well digested.
 
   Canned pineapple is less acidic than a fresh one and is less overpowering of other fruit, but you can absolutely use a fresh one! Switch up the fruits - you can use bananas, mangoes, blueberries - you name it!
